- Point of Contact for ALL issues concerning this combined synopsis/solicitation is now Ms. Monica Pileggi, monica.pileggi@det.amedd.army.mil. Ms. Pileggi should be contacted regarding questions concerning this solicitation as well as for copies of at tachments (SOW, Description & Quanity of kits, and for Evaluation Critiera). Questions 1: From what I gather, it is up to the offeror to send samples to AFDIL (Armed Forces DNA Identification Laboratory) by June 8, 2006, and then if notified, to submit a proposal by July 11, 2006. Is this correct? Answer 1: Yes. Question 2: As I read it, the proposal is to include everything outlined in the synopsis, including the completed clauses 52.212-1 through 52.212-5 from the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation). Is this correct? Answer 2: Offerors should follow instructions for 52.212-1 and 52.212-3. Offerors should submit with quotation if invited to do so. Question 3: Do you have a preferred outline for the proposal? Answer 3: There is no preferred outline, j ust be sure to include price quotes for base year and four 1 year options. Each item should be priced seperately with the year.
