Description

This is a construction project on Malmstrom AFB, MT. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, vehicles, equipment, tools, supervision and services, except as specified herein as government furnished property to provide repair to fire suppression systems within the base commissary. The contractor shall also remove and replace existing fire sprinkler system in warehouse area. All facilities will be occupied during standard hours of operation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238220 and the size standard is $13,000,000. This action will be awarded for full an open competition. The magnitude of the base year is between $25,000 and $100,000. All prospective offeror(s) must be NICET II registered and licensed in the state of Montana. All responsible responsive sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. All prospective offeror(s) must have a CAGE code and be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). If not already registered, the website can be found at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html. Release of the solicitation will be via Internet only.
