- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The purchase of 1 each Multiline Semi-Automatic Artwork Punch Upgrade, P/N SAP-0010 (consisting of 10 slot rack mounted PC, keyboard w/trackball, I/O, Ethernet card, vision card, multi-axis motion card, UPS, mounting brackets, cables, wiring, and 6 days labor); and 1 each Multiline Automatic Phototool Registration Unit upgrade, P/N APR-0003 (consisting of 20 slot rack mounted PC, keyboard w/trackball, I/O, Ethernet card, vision card, multi-axis motion card, UPS, mounting brackets, cables, wiring, and 6 days labor). Prices should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). All shipping/transportation costs must be included in the contract amount. Payment terms should be Net 30. Sole Source: Multiline Technology. The following clauses (current through FAC 2005-09 and DFARS Change Notice 20060412) are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors; 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items; and 52-212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items; DFARS 252.212-7000, and DFARS 252.211-7003 (Item Identification and Valuation). In accordance with Clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be price and price related factors. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1, contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (www.ccr.gov) prior to receiving any contract.
