- The U.S. Department of Energy???s National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) in Morgantown, WV, Synopsis/ Solicitation in accordance with FAR 5.203 (publicizing contract actions) and FAR 13.105. (simplified acquisitions) and FAR 12.603 (solicitation for commercial item). This is NOT a brand name or equal purchase. This is a BRAND NAME purchase for the following: 1. NO SUBSTITUTIONS (NO EQUALS), Re-manufactured compressor, HITACHI, SRM Semi-Hermetic Screw Compressor, Model #5002 SC-H, 60 HP, 480 volts AC, 3 Phase, 60 HZ, min of 6 month warranty, new motor protectors, crankcase heaters, oil change kits, oil sample bottles. Further salient characteristics in Attachment A. 2. NO SUBSTITUTIONS (NO EQUALS), Re-manufactured compressor, HITACHI, SRM Semi-Hermetic Screw Compressor, Model #6002 SC-H, 75 HP, min of 6 month warranty, 480 volts AC, 3 Phase, 60 HZ, new motor protectors, crankcase heaters, oil change kits, oil sample bottles. Attachment B: Pertinent clauses that apply to all offerors submitting a price quotation.
