- Description
- The project consists of the construction of a recreational facility at North Bend State Park in Ritchie County, West Virginia. The recreational facility will be located on county road 5 (CR-5) approximately 2 miles west of Harrisville. The recreational facility will be constructed by developing 28 recreational vehicle camping sites along with the associated roads, bathhouse, dump station and other amenities for these sites. Major items of work include 1300 square foot bathhouse, 3421 lineal feet of roadway, 4341 square yards of camping spurs, 6818 lineal feet of waterline, 1961 lineal feet of stormwater pipe, required electrical service including 6600 linear ft of conduit, sediment erosion control, and seeding and mulching. The estimated price range for this project is $500,000 - $1 million. The required performance time is 156 calendar days. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued on, or about June 15, 2006. Site Showing will be held at 10:00am on June 27, 2006 at the Harrisville Municipal Building. Interested offerors may register at www.fbo.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
