- Public Announcement/FEDBIZOPS: Funston Avenue Building 11-16 and 51 ? 56 Utility Improvement Solicitation No. IFB-2006-069 INVITATION FOR BIDS The Presidio Trust, a Wholly-owned Government Corporation, is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide all supervision, labor, supplies, materials, equipment, transpiration, services, employee training and testing, insurance, permits, agreements required and expertise as needed to complete the following utility improvements in the Funston Avenue area, located at the Presidio of San Francisco, California: 1. Potable Water System Improvements 2. Sanitary Sewer System Improvements 3. Eelctrical Distribution System Improvements 4. Telecommunication System Improvements The Presidio is a National Park and a National Historic Landmark. Interested and qualified firms are required to attend the Mandatory Site Visit, scheduled for Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at 10:00 am. The site visit will be held at Building 51, Funston Avenue. Copies of the solicitations will available for pickup on Monday, May 22, 2006 between the hours of 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm at The Presidio Trust, Building 34, San Francisco, CA. Send email request for a copy of the solicitation to Lela Chisolm, Contracting Officer at lchisolm@presidiotrust.gov. Telephone and fax requests will not be accepted. Bids are due on Friday, June 2, 2006 NLT 3:00pm via mail or hand deliver only to the Contracting Officer. No fax bids will be accepted. Qualified small businesses (including small disadvantaged businesses and minority and women-owned small businesses) are strongly encouraged to respond. The Presidio Trust is a wholly owned federal government corporation and is not subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
