- Notice of intent to award a firm fixed price purchase order. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Fort Belvoir, Virginia intends to negotiate and award a firm fixed price purchase order using the policies and procedures of FAR Sub Part 12.6 for the following Two (2) Plasma Screen Monitors: CLIN 0001- Two (2) 61? Plasma Screen, 1366x786 Native Resolution; CLIN 0002 ? Two (2) Tilt Wall mount; CLIN 0003 ? Two (2) Attachable Speakers for NEC 61? Plasma Screen; CLIN 0004 ? Two (2) Plasma Display Install Kit; CLIN 0005 ? Two (2) Cresnet QuickMedia Wall Media Center; CLIN 0006 ? Two (2) QuickMedia receiver/Processor and Control System with Ethernet; CLIN 0007 ? Two (2) Power Pack, Desktop, 24VDC, 2A (50 Watts), Regulated, US/Interna; CLIN 0008 One (1) Compact Control System with Built-in 1-Way RF Receiver/Gateway; CLIN 0009 ? One (1) MiniTouch 1000 Handhold Wireless Touchpanel; CLIN 0010 ? Two (2) CAT6 Install Kit; CLIN 0011 ? Three (3) Serial Communications Cable; CLIN 0012 ? Two (2) Standard DVD/VCR Combo (Includes Cable TV Tuner; CLIN 0013 ? Installation; CLIN 0014 ? Programming. This acquisition will be conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Request for Quotes will be available on or about 24 May 2006 with responses due no later than Noon on 31 May 2006. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination thirty (30) days from date of award to 6200 Meade Road, Fort Belvoir, Virginia 22060-5264.
