- Amendment 2 is due to deletion of Note 2 on IPD 9905-01-333-0796. This Solicitation is to establish a Standing Quote Agreement (SQ) to begin on date of award for a period of two years. Review to be performed at the end of the first year. See attached Solicitation for more information. The destinations and quantities will be determined by on demand requisitions from various agencies. The quantities listed are not correct, as we have no way of knowing the quantities that will be requested for a SQ period. Please read RFQ carefully and conform to all aspects of the requirements.
