- The FISC Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office issues a Request for Quote (RFQ) to acquire Motorola MTR2000 (T5766) Repeater Narrow Band, installation, and testing for the Navy in Cutler Maine 04626. Installation can only occur on Mondays and needs to be 400 ft. high on a tower. This synopsis for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The solicitation shall be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). NAICS Code is 334220 and the Size Standard is 750 employees. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as required by FAR 4.1102 apply to this procurement. Prospective contractors must be registered prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov.
