AN/SPS-48E Bull Gear Bearing, Bearing, Gear Assembly, P/N 195983, Refurbishment, New Race, Quantity: Min 0; Max 10 Each Description of items is as follows: AN/SPS-49 Annular Ball Bearing, p/n 912005, Steel, annular, single row, X type four-point contact ball configuration with cage type ball separator. Weight is approximately 10 pounds with bearing OD of 16.000 inches. Bearing is used for radial load support and elevation movement of the 49-antenna array, operation is limited to 40 degree of rotation. AN/SPS-49 Roller Bearing, Internal Gear, p/n 912001 Steel, biangular cross roller bearing with internal spur gear integral with the inner race. Assembly weight is approximately 400 pounds with bearing OD of 45.500 inches. It is used to support and provide azimuth rotation of the 49-antenna array, maximum rotational speed is 12 RPM. AN/SPS-48E Bearing, Gear Assembly p/n 195983 Steel, double row ball bearing with separable inner race. An internal spur gear is mounted to inner race. Assembly weights approximately 500 lbs. With bearing OD of 47.000 inches. It is used to support and provide azimuth rotation of the 48E antenna array, operating rotational speed is 15 RPM. This requirement is anticipated to result in a firm fixed price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for a period of five years with minimum order quantities and maximum ordering quantities as specified above. Delivery will be FOB Destination, NSWC Crane Division, Crane, Indiana 47522 as specified in the RFP. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination by NSWC Crane personnel. Solicitation N00164-06-R-8976 will be issued competitively and is a 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation will be available on or about 2 June 2006 at the following address: http://www.crane.navy.mil.supply/ announce.htm. Estimated closing date is on or about 20 June 2006. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Offers must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation to be considered. Submitting a bid from the NECO web site by clicking on the ?Submit Bid? does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person in the correct format. It is the responsibility of offerors to download the RFP and to submit offers to the Point of Contact (POC) at NSWC Crane.
