- Furnish all planning, supervision, plant, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation and all things necessary to appraise and prepare appraisal reports on the market value of 50 tracts for the purpose of acquisition by the U.S. Government. It is anticipated that a fixed-price contract will be awarded based on best value procedures. Source selection criteria will be included in the solicitation; therefore detailed proposals will be required. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small bu siness using NAICS 531320 for which the size standard is an average gross income of $2,000,000.00 for the past 3 years. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://www.fedteds.gov on or about May 19, 2006. All prospective contractors must be registered in fedteds before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medi um when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. Therefore, it is the offeror's responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to the solicitation.
