- Furnish all labor, materials, plant and equipment required to upgrade the existing access road and spillway lighting system, Jim Woodruff Hydro Site, Chattahoochee, Florida. This is a commercial item acquisition issued under Subpart 13.5 of the Fede ral Acquisition Regulation. It is anticipated that a fixed-price contract will be awarded based on best value procedure. Source selection criteria will be included in the solicitation; therefore, detailed proposals will be required. The scope of work includes (but not limited to); demolition of old system, including disconnection, termination of existing circuits and removal of poles, lighting fixtures, and floodlights and return equipment to the Government. Also included, installati on of new poles, mounted fixtures, pole base, and spillway floodlights and provide new lighting. This procurement is 100% small Business set-aside. The size standard is $13 million annual gross receipts averaged for the last three fiscal years for NAICS code is 238210. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://fedteds.gov . All prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers must be registered in FedTeDS before they will be allowed to download solicitation informat ion. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government best interest. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the w ebsite for solicitation posting and any changes to this solicitation.
