- CHANGES RESPONSE DATE TO 22 JUNE 2006. The work required includes excavating two ditches approximately 278 feet in length and 131 feet in length, placing fill material along the embankment a length of 261 feet; placing filter fabric, and 24 riprap along the banks and within the excavated ditch es along the Highway 83 Bridge located on the southeast side of Garden City, Kansas. Plans and Specifications will be ready on or about 22 May 06.
