ADD THE FOLLOWING: NOTE: Any prospective Offeror interested in obtaining plans and specifications for this solicitation must register on our website at http://www.fedteds.gov. On 15 February 2006, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, implemented a new procedure for posting all NEW solicitations. The Electronic Bid Solicitations (EBS) system is no longer being used to post solicitations. The new system, called Fed eral Technical Data System (FedTeDS) http://www.fedteds.gov, is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies. All prospective contractors and their subcontractors and suppliers must be regist ered in FedTeDS before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. You are urged to read the FAQs posted on the FedTeDS website to better understand this new process.
