- Solicitation: W15P7T-06-R-M601 The United States Army Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) Acquisition Center, on behalf of the US Army, Project Manager Signals Warfare (PM SW), Product Director for Counter Remote Contr olled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (PD CREW), intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP), for Warlock Antenna systems to be used with existing and planned Warlock systems. Warlock Antenna systems can be defined as the antenna and the A-kit (cables and mounting hardware). The scope of this work entails designing, developing, evaluating and fielding these antenna systems. The total maximum quantity will be 29,050 antennas systems over a five (5) year period. Delivery is expected to b e approximately 500 per month with the surge capacity to get up to 500 per week. Offerors will be required to submit two (2) identical Warlock Antenna system prototypes with proposal submission. As part of the source selection process for this solicitati on, the US Army intends to conduct laboratory and field measurements with these prototypes. Offeror personnel will not be present during these tests. EPG testing criteria will be provided to all offerors. The resultant award is expected to be a five (5) year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract awarded under full and open competition. C-E LCMC has established an Interactive Business Opportunity Page (IBOP) website as part of the Armys Single Face to Industry, to allow electronic posting of Request for Proposals (RFPs) from C-E LCMC to Industry. All parties who are interested in doing business with C-E LCMC are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the IBOP at htts://abop.monmouth.army.mil under solicitation number W15P7T-06-R-M601. Offerors submitti ng proposals shall follow the instructions, which are stated in the solicitation, which describe the time, place and date that the bids will be received. Interested parties must respond to the solicitation in order to be considered for award of any result ant contract. No written solicitation document is available, telephone requests shall not be honored, and no bidders list shall be maintained. Final proposal due date will be posted with the full solicitation. The solicitation number and project title shall be referenced on all correspondence. This pre-solicitation announcement is not a Request for Proposals.
