- The United States Army Communications Electronics--Lifecycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to procure Fifteen (15), Circuit Card Assembly in accordance with drawing number SM-A-988591, and NSN 5998-01-197-4603. This procurement is a 100% Smal l Business Set-Aside. The small business size standard is 500 employees for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334412. The Solicitation is an Invitation for Bid/Sealed Bidding (IFB). The proposed acquisition is to be a Firm Fixe d Price, Contract. The Solicitation for this buy is currently posted on the Interactive Opportunities Web Page (IBOP). The delivery schedule shall be 150 days after award. The items will be shipped to the New Cumberland Facility, New Cumberland, PA. The sh ipments are to be FOB Destination. Packaging and Packing shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-129P. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.603 and FAR 5.207 as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION IS ISSUED VIA THE IBOP. All offers are to be received within 30 days, by 2:00pm Eastern Daylight Time, Monday, 19 June 2006, of the posting of this COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION.
