- St. Louis District/CEMVS-EC-C 18 May 2006 NOTICE TO POTENTIAL OFFERORS SUBJECT: Dike& Revetment, and Dredging (D&R-D) Industry Day 1. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Louis District/CEMVS-EC-C will host an Industry Day on Thursday 01 June 2006, from 9:00 AM 2:00 PM at the Robert A. Young Building, 1222 Spruce Street, St. Louis MO - 4th floor main conference room. St. Louis District/CEMVS-EC-C is requesting attendance of all interested contractors (large/small businesses) to attend the D&R-D Industry Day. The Industry Day will be informational in nature, with a goal to assist industry in understanding different acquisitio n methods used by the St. Louis District of procuring D&R-D, a discussion of non-traditional rock structures, and future projects. 2. All interested parties are encouraged to provide questions prior to Industry Day. See attached agenda for this event. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. It is not a Request for Proposal, a Request for Quotation, an Invitation for Bids, a solici tation, or an indication the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) will contract for any items or services in the current or near future. USACE will not pay attendees for their participation in Industry Day. All participants are liable for any incurred cost to attend this function. There is no registration fee. 3. Please RSVP, by identifying the represented company and name(s) of individuals planning to attend.
