Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. W9127Q-06-T-37 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 20 05-09. This acquisition is set aside for small business. The North American industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333120 sizes standard are 750 employees. The following items are requested: (1) 2 each Fecon Model BH47 Exc-1 Bull hog Shredder head (or equal) to fit John Deere Model 120 excavator, 47 overall Width, 32 working width; (2) 2 each Adaptor Plate Fecon Model BH47(or Eual); (3) 2 each Aux.
