- The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Michigan intends to award a contract to Solution Planning & Contract Environment Inc. of Midland Michigan. This contract will be for labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals to design, order and insta ll furniture at the Michigan Army National Guard Jackson Readiness Center. This furniture will be Hayworth brand and will be installed and fully operational no later than August 4, 2006. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.
