- Sole Source Synopsis The U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, AZ intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for one (1) year of standard hardware/software maintenance for an existing Spectel 700 Conference Bridge System on a sole source basis with Avaya Inc, loc ated at 4250 North Fairfax Drive, Suite 1000, Arlington VA, 22203-1603. Avaya Inc currently holds proprietary rights to the Spectel 700 Conference Bridge System. The hardware/software maintenance for the Spectel 700 Conference Bridge System will provide on e year (52 weeks) of coverage (12 hours per day; 5 days per week) to include telephone and email technical support, remote dial-in diagnostics, and remote configuration changes. The hardware/software maintenance will also provide new software upgrade inclu ding bug fixes and product enhancement releases. This will provide compatibility in fit, form and function with the existing system. Pursuant to FAR Part 12 and 13, this acquisition will be made under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541511 with a size standard of $23 million dollars. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS AND NO SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED.
