- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005 intends to procure replacement traffic signals and controls for the intersection of Aberdeen Boulevard and Bel Air Street located on Aberdeen Proving Grou nd, MD. THIS IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. The Request for Quotation will be uploaded to the Army Single Face to Industry website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/) on or about 02 June 2006. The response time to p rovide a quotation will be one week, or approximately 09 June 2006, in accordance with FAR 5.203(b).
