- Synopsis for Acquisition of the KC-135 GROUND HAND TRAILERS Purchase Request: FD2060-05-75428 The 542 EWSG/LSERB plans to contract for 4 ea Ground Hand Trailers used to support KC-135 aircraft maintenance. NSN: 1470-00-555-6601; P/N: F17259, Noun: Trailer, Ground Handling. Description: The F17259 Ground Hand trailer is used to transport the KC-135 refueling boom to facilitate maintenance and repairs. Data requirements for this acquisition will be included. This will be a full and open competitive acquisition. Export controls apply along with notes 9, 22, and 26 No telephone requests will be accepted. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor is acceptable.
