Item 0001, NOUN: Valve, Regulating, NSN: 4820-01-265-3989JF, P/N: 740782B, applicable to F101-102 Engine. Cylindrical valve assembly which consists of a housing assembly, a bellows assembly, a diaphragm assembly, a poppet, an adjustment screw and an actuator spring. Function is to control air pressure applied to the primary and last stage actuators by venting off excess air pressure. Last stage pilot valve assembly controls actuator pressure, with respect to air pressure from the manifold, after it passes through the regulating valve assembly. Primary pilot valve assembly controls actuator pressure with respect to air pressure in the downstream duct. Both pilot valve assemblies are adjusted by increasing or decreasing internal spring tension. Dimensions: Approximately 1.5 inches in diameter by 3 inches long. Destn: Tinker AFB OK 73145-9013, FB2039, FOB Origin. Quantity: 16ea (Min 8/Max 24). Delivery: 16ea on or before 29 Feb 2008. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 2 Jun 2006.
