Contracting Officer: Ms. Mona Joseph-Scott, (781) 271-6090. Contract Specialist: Mr. Peter Lewis, (781) 271-6370. The 653 Electronic Systems Group/KCK plans to award a contract modification on a sole source basis for the Global Broadcast System (GBS) Spiral 4A software development effort to Raytheon Company, Intelligence and Information Systems, 12160 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston,VA 20191. Required Delivery: 30 September 2006. The contract action is for GBS equipment and effort for which the Government will make an award based on one responsible source in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
