- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format is Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The reference number is F2M5426128A100. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04 and DFARS change notice 20060606. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 36299 The size standard is 750. The contractor shall provide the following items or equal: Hexadecdk 3sq/ft tile- Holes must be plugged, interlocking heavy duty flooring system PMS color code 1205 Manufactor: Event decking Please include Payment Terms, FOB Destination, Quote Must Be Valid Through 1 Oct 05, Availability, and How Long It Will Take To Ship To LACKLAND AFB, TX and please include installation charges. The provisions in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, is applicable to this solicitation.
