- The work to be performed is to conduct field surveys to locate terrestrial mollusk species designated as "Survey and Manage" in the Northwest Forest Plan. All work shall be done as directed in Survey Protocol for Survey and Manage Terrestrial Mollusk Species from the Northwest Forest Plan. The contractor shall provide all services necessary to identify and map potential mollusk habitat and perform surveys to identify inhabited areas. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about June 2, 2006. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to award. Information on registration may be obtained via the internet at: http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. All contractors and vendors must complete the electronic version of the Representations and Certifications (Section K in Solicitations) in the ORCA system.
