MODIFICATION IS ISSUED TO CHANGE SOLICITATION TO A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE IN LIEU OF A SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. PR: RD060090040000: This solicitation will contain 1 NSN 1620-01-144-0024 for a Head, Piston, Cylinder (Nose Landing Gear). The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is McDonnell Douglas Corporation, a subsidiary of the Boeing Company P/N 74A450622-1001, Cage 76301 with approved sources Blair, Cage 2U518, Ellanef Mfg, Cage 85941, All Tools Inc, Cage 32168, Nassau Tool Works, Cage 2M490, Israel Aircraft, Cage S5495, Messier Dowty, Cage 35962, Yeager, Cage 31778 and TWM, Cage 9K006. AMSC 1C. FOB Destination with I/A Origin. Requested Delivery is 182 days ARO. DSCR request best delivery possible. THIS IS A SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The solicitation is issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year and provisions for four, one year options. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand quantities of 84 each for the Base Year and 84 each for all Option Years. Critical Application Item and Configuration Control apply. Surge requirement. Government First Article requirement (Sample 2 each). Government Production Lot Testing (Sample 2 each). The final contracting award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
