NOTE: THE CITED DRAWING IS A SOURCE CONTROLLED DRAWING AND AS OF THE DATE OF THIS SOLICITATION ONLY THE SOURCE(S) CITED ON THE DRAWING HAVE BEEN APPROVED. EVEN THOUGH SOURCES AND APPROVED PART NUMBERS ARE PROVIDED, THE ITEMS FURNISHED MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CITED DRAWING. OFFERORS WHO ARE INTERESTED IN QUALIFYING THEIR PRODUCT FOR PURPOSE OF FUTURE ACQUISITION MUST CONTACT THE COGNIZANT DESIGN ACTIVITY SPECIFIED ON THE SOURCE CONTROLLED DRAWING. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s): 22, 26 The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 2 June 2006. Hard copy solicitations will not be furnished. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Parker Hannifin 82271. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance.
