- The Combined Synopsis Solicitation posted on May 15 2006 is changed as follows. There will be a site visit to view requirements. Site visit will be on 24 May 2006 at 10:00 A.M. PST. It is advised that all interested parties attend this site visit. Please send me the names of the people who will be attending the site visit, by email or fax, by 2:00 P.M. PST on 23 May 2006. Persons coming to the site visit will need a valid drivers license, a valid vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. Persons attending will need to stop at the Visitors Center at the main gate and obtain a vehicle pass. Please arrive early. Obtaining a vehicle pass can take approximately 30 minutes depending on the line. The meeting place for the site visit will be building 8250, which is located on the main base. Maps and directions can be obtained from Security Forces at the Visitors Center. Any questions will need to be submitted in writing by 2:00 P.M. PST on 25 May 2006. The answers will be posted on the FedBizOps website by 30 May 2006.
