- Description
- The solicitation is for 5 NSNs, two are ordnance, and accessories the other three are transportation equipment. This proposed procurement will be written for an indefinite quantity contract (IQC) and will contain an option clause to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total contract period shall not exceed five years – (base plus 4 one year option periods). The solicitation is for a 100% total small business set-aside. The small business size standard is 500 for NAICS 332995 and 750 for NAICS 336399. The solicitation will be FOB destination and indefinite quantities will be delivered to various locations. Inspection/acceptance requirements will be noted on the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on March 16, 2006 at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. Item with QPL requirements or component QPLs associated specifications are listed in Section B. Instructions for obtaining drawings are explained in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s): 1, 9, 26. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The NSNs are as follows: 1005-01-135-3697, 1010-01-123-6084, 2510-01-265-1130, 2510-01-374-3119 and 2510-01-388-6447.
