- The U.S. Coast Guard intends to procure membership services to receive current and continuous updates of the”Standards and Technical Information Reports for Small Crafts” manual (to ensure all units have the same updated standard). (SEE NOTE 22) This proposed procurement is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis to American Boat & Yacht Council (ABYC), 3069 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD 21037. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (25-APR-2006).
