- The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 1,012 Rentable Square Feet yielding 880 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet of office and related space in Fort Myers, Florida within the following delineated area: West: Route 41 North: Edwards Drive East: Lee Street South: Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy by July 1, 2007. The Government requires adequate parking for minimum of three (3) designated parking spaces, one (1) structured space and two (2) surface spaces at no additional cost. The offered space must be within a two-block radius of public transportation. The building must be located in a professional surrounding and/or tasteful rehabilitation in current use. Streets and public sidewalks must be well maintained. Building offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the buildings ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable.
