- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Landy Litigation Support Group, P.O. Box 7399 PMB 330, Breckenridge, CO 80424, for follow-on recognized expert witness and consultant services in matters pertaining to Tax Specialist arbitration regarding a national grievance filed by the National Treasury Employees union. All responsible sources who can provide requested services shall submit written quotations within 15 calendar days of the published date of this solicitation. Quotes should include hourly rates for the following positions: Senior Testifying/Consulting Expert, Testifying Experts, Consulting Experts, Statisticians/Data Managers, Senior Consultants, Managing Consultant, Consultant, Associate Consultant, Interns, Paralegal and Clerical. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, such requests for solicitations will be considered non responsive. All quotes shall include hourly rates, a point of contact ? name and phone number, business size, payment terms, and Dun?s number. All Treasury contractors are required to be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to receipt of award. If no responses are received, an award will be made to Landy Litigation Support Group.
