Description

The Internal Revenue Service, Criminal Investigation Division (CI) intends to award a purchase order to Visual Analytics, Inc. on a sole source basis, for the purpose of annual software maintenance renewal. To ensure the functionality of the VisuaLinks software, CI must renew the software maintenance and support. The service will include technical support related to the operation and configuration of VisuaLinks software, via remote access. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no soliciation will be issued, however the Government will consider all proposals and capability statements received within ten (10) calendar days after the publication of this notice. Capability statements shall include pricing, a determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award can only be issued to a contractor with an active registration in the Central Contrator's Registration database at www.ccr.gov. This registration must be active no later than the due date of the quote to be elgible for award. Quotes should include the Federal Tax ID number and the DUNS number. Please respond via the email to Valerie.Robinson@IRS.Gov. If no responses are received, by 12:00pm, noon on May 31, 2006 an award will be made to Visual Analytics, Inc.
