- Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) is seeking sources of supply for the equipment identified as follows: Advance Unit Tester (AUT) Automatic Fuel Injector capable of testing the Air Control V-Shaped Diesel Super Turbo Charge (AVDS) Engine (AVDS1790-8CR). The Advance Tester should be capable of checking and bench testing the advance characteristics of the fuel injection pump advance assembly under conditions simulating engine operation over an operating range of 200 to 2600 rpm. The following information should be provided via email or mail: (1) Capabilities of AUT; (2) Manufacturer; (3) Part Number; (4) Size/Dimensions of AUT; (5) Test Readings for AVDS 1790-8CR; (6) Standard Commercial Warranty; (7) Identify whether or not an owners manual/operating instructions is a provided with equipment; (8) Photographic depiction of the equipment and owners manual/operating instructions; (9) Central Contractor Registry (CCR) status. Purpose The primary purpose of this information request is identify commercial off the shelf (COTS) manufacturers of Advance Unit Testers. Responses should be submited in writing/ reference number is M67004-06-Q-0096. Responses to this RFI are due on or before 2:00 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on 7 June 2006.
