- Dear Sir/Madam: Subject: Request for Information ? New Consolidated Club at Camp Foster The Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS), Okinawa, Japan is interested in entering into a long term partnership with a franchisee of a name brand casual dining restaurant to operate within the new Consolidated Club located at Marine Corps Base, Camp S. D. Butler, Okinawa, Japan. The tentative plan is to build a 2-story combination facility that will harmonize with the current geographical surroundings and provide services to both junior and senior staff service members. The name brand casual dining concept would operate from their own kitchen and customer service areas. There may also be some banquet and miscellaneous operations on the same site. The new Consolidated Club is currently sized at 43,000 square feet and the anticipated construction schedule is on/about June 2007 with expected opening in October 2008. Restaurant operations will comprise of approximately 4,000 square feet, with a seating capacity of about 220 seats. The estimated occupants of the facility during peak periods are approximately 1,100. Site work shall include a loading dock area, sidewalks, landscaping, exterior lighting, underground utility connections, external communications and new parking lots for 136 parking spaces. I will provide copies of the proposed new site plan and a perspective of the design concept in order to provide a more comprehensive visual of our plans upon request.
