- Description: N00421-10175251 The government intends to solicit and negotiate on a SOLE Source Basis with Condor Engineering Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Condor Engineering Inc. is the sole supplier of this unique proprietary 1553 Bus Analyzer PCMCIA which is a form fit replacement for existing test equipment infrastructure, and must be used to maintain compatibility with existing systems. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may submit a capabilities statement in which they identify their interest and capability. All capability statements received by 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, June 1, 2006 will be considered by the government solely for the purpose of determining whether to initiate a competitive procurement. Technical acceptability will be determined solely on the content and merit of the information submitted in response to this provision. Therefore, it is incumbent on the offeror to provide sufficient technical literature, documentation, etc. in order for the Government to make an adequate technical assessment of the proposal. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on a sole source basis based upon review of the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received. The firm fixed price contract line item number is CLIN 0001: Qty 3, BT3-PCCD1MW MIL-STD-1553 Bus Analyzer Bundle which includes PCC-D1553-1MW hardware and BT-1553 software, PCMCIA. The delivery date is July 01, 2006. The award date is anticipated to be June 05, 2006. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at destination. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DOD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm.
