- This announces that purchase order 1435-04-05-PO-42899 to the vendor Virtual Research Associates Inc. (VRA), has been modified. The original purchase order was made in the fixed price amount of $182,000.00. The scope of the purchase order entails the usage and maintenance of VRA's GeoMonitor system for the project entitled, "Near-Term Forecasts Monitoring of Crisis and Instability" or "Near-Term FORECITE Monitor" at the Center for Army Analysis at Fort Belvoir, VA. The purchase order has been extended for 6 months at the price of $67,500.00. This constitutes the only extension that is allowable in accordance with FAR 52.217-8.
