Description: Remove and replace siding and soffits on the housing unit at Pipestone National Monumenttional. Quotation Number: Q6590060005. The National Park Service requires a firm, fixed-price construction contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and expertise necessary to perform all operations required for the successful completion of the above named project. Work includes, but is not limited to: Removal, Disposal and replacement of siding and soffits and the installation of foam sheathing. The NAICS code for this project is 238170. Contract duration is from the Notice to Proceed through approximately 1 August 2006, weather permitting. The price range for this project is below $25,000. This procurement is a Request For Quotation (RFQ) as prescribed in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). A site visit will be scheduled for all interested parties with the time and date to be annouced in the quotation. Responses will be due approximatley 30 days after the date of this notice.
