- Y--The Spirit Lake Tribe is soliciting proposals on a full and open competitive basis from qualified organizations for the reconstruction of approximately 1.92 miles of roadway on Route 1, Route 2, Route 4 and Route 5, consisting of grading, sand berms, and asphalt surface treatment, project no. ERFO 1-(990), located on The Spirit Lake Indian Reservation, Benson County, North Dakota Plans and Specs available on or about Thursday May 18, 2006 for pick up Technical Questions contact Jerry Lacher, BIA, 605-226-7645, a pre-proposal conference is set for 1:30 P.M. Tuesday June 20, 2006 at the Doublewood Inn, Bismarck, ND under Spirit Lake Transportation, this project is between 5 million to 10 million, seal bids opening on June 27, 2006 at 10:00 am Tribal meeting room FT. Totten ND 58335 bids must be received by 10:00 am
