- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity, 820 Chandler Street, Fort Detrick, Maryland, intends to award a sole source contract to N.E.T. Federal, Inc., 21660 Ridgetop Circle, Suite 100, Dulles, VA 20166 The contract is for services needed to p rovide a third level of net.com Technical Assistance Center (TAC) support to customer in-house support staff (USAMITC), also referred to as SCREAM maintenance. Due to the unique and proprietary characteristics of SCREAM , it is believed that it is in the governments best interest to contract with N.E.T. Federal, Inc. The place for delivery of the product is the U. S. Army Medical Information Technology Center, 2710 Howitzer Street, Building 2372, Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234-6008. If another comp any can provide this service, responses received from responsible businesses prior to close of business on June 2, 2006 will be considered.
