- Solicitation No. W81XWH-06-T-0235 will be issued on or about 22 May 2006 and proposals will be due on or about 30 May 2006 at 4:00 p.m. E.S.T. for the government requirement to provide security guard services for the New Bassett Army Community Hospit al (NBACH), Building 4076, Fort Wainwright, AK, by protecting property and equipment against trespass, theft, fire, and accidenal or willful damage and destruction. Services will involve monitoring access to the premises by verifying authorization using l ocally established transitional badge and ID systems; providing security services for the protection of government property within the NBACH; conducting access control operations; and conducting visual inspections of parcel, container, and equipment to en sure that only authorized property is brought into or removed from the facility. Offerors will be required to submit Standard Operations Procedures and a Quality Control Plan with their proposal. This procurement is set aside for 100% small business part icipation. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration. Award is anticipated on or about 9 June 2006. Telephone requests will not be honored.
