- This will be an UNRESTRICTED procurement. The work consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, tools, and materials to replace roof shingles, felt paper; wood (where required), replace gutters and downspouts, missing fasica and missing soffit. J ob location is US Army Corps of Engineers, Leland Bowman Lock, 25995 La Hwy.333, Abbeville, LA ,70510, Phone: 337-893-6790 or 337-278-7526, Fax: 337-898-3718. Work is estimated to cost between $40,000 and $50,000. RFP will be issued on May 26, 2006. Prop osals are required to be returned before 2PM on June 15, 2006.
