Description: Extend Building # 60-021, Emergency Operation Center. Request for Contracting Services to furnish all labor, material, and equipment for project, Extend Building # 60-021- Emergency Operation Center, in accordance with attached Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) drawings and specifications. Work to include all plant, labor, material and equipment necessary to install mezzanine, complete, positive pressure HVAC system, to include but not limited to 1-10 ton condensing unit with cooling coil, 1-50 KW heating c oil, 1-200 MBH duct heater, HEPA and carbon filters, dampers with motors, VAX exhaust fan, gas piping with meter and regulator, emergency power systems, uninterruptible power system integrated power and communications for access floor, radio infrastructure and security system, complete. No Government equipment, material, and/or labor will be furnished. A site visit will be recommended prior to submission of proposals to assure that all information necessary to submit an acceptable proposal is provided.
