- The 90th Contracting Squadron, F.E. Warren AFB, WY intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for acquisition of Maintain Base Pavements at F.E. Warren AFB, WY. The Government is soliciting for the award of a Firm-Fixed Price requirements contract with two (2) option periods. This acquisition is a Full and Open Competition. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237310 and Standard Industry Classification (SIC Code) 1611, with a size standard of $31.0 million. Work will include assessment, maintenance, repair and reconstruction of roadway pavements. This project consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all necessary plant, labor, supervision, materials, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, and equipment to remove and replace existing asphalt or concrete pavements and sealing of existing roadway surfaces. Magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 per year. The evaluation technique to be utilized for the contemplated award of the issued solicitation is Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT). Under PPT, past performance will be evaluated. The Government anticipates the issuance of the Request for Proposal in June 2006. The target award date is September 2006 with a start date of 1 October 2006. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov. Contractors must also submit their representations and certifications at the online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at https://orca.bpn.gov. There will not be paper copies of this solicitation available. The RFP will be released using the Electronic Posting System (EPS) available at http://www.fbo.gov. All solicitation information may be obtained through the above referenced website. The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice.
