Description

Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement for a contract to perform nonpersonal services: This is a synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. An award will be made sole source to College Entrance Examination Board if no other offerors are received. No other solicitation will be issued. This synopsis request is F2XJA46123A200. Using Simplified Acquisition Procedures at FAR Subpart 13.3. This synopsis document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DCN) 20030501. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This requirement is unrestricted, NAICS 611710, SIC 8748. Line items (CLIN) are referenced to Student SAT Test Results winter and summer: CLIN 0001, PROVIDE AFROTC WITH A LIST OF STUDENTS THAT TOOK THE SAT BETWEEN DURING THE WINTER AND SUMMER CYCLES, RECEIVED AT LEAST A 1150, HAD A MINIMUM GRADE AVERAGE OF 90%, WERE US CITIZENS, IN THE TOP 20% OF THEIR CLASS AND ARE GRADUATING IN 2007. BASED ON THE CRITERIA LISTED ABOVE 55, 114 RECORDS AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD IMMEDIATELY. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF RECORDS FROM SUMMER SAT, WHICH HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED, SHALL NOT EXCEED 122,136 AND SHOULD BE DELIVERED BY 15 AUG 06, Qty 177250 each. CLIN 0002, WINTER AND SUMMER SAT SEARCH FEE, Qty 2 each. The required delivery date is 15 Aug 2006. The place of delivery and acceptance is Maxwell AFB, AL. Partial shipment and partial payment are authorized. Award will be based on price. All contractors must include with their quotes, a completed copy of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) provision 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Item (JAN 2006) applies to this acquisition, 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (MAR 2005). The following Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR) provision applies 252.225-7035 Buy American Act-North American Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act-Balance of Payments Program Certificate (JAN 2005). DFAR 252.232-7003 Electronic Submission of Payment Request (JAN 2004). The FAR clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (SEP 2005), applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (FEB 2006), applies to this acquisition, and the following subparagraphs under paragraph are applicable (11) 52.222-21, Prohibition of Segregated Facilities; (12) 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; (13) 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; (14) 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities; (15) 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; (16) 52.222-19, Child Labor-Cooperation with Authorities and Remedies; (24) 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer. The clause at DFAR 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration applies to this acquisition and 252.225-7036, Buy American Act-North American Free trade Agreement Implementation Act-Balance of Payments Program. 5352.201-9101, Ombudsman (SEP 2005). The Government contemplates award of one fixed price contract resulting from this synopsis. Copies of above-referenced clauses are available upon request.
