Description
This acquisition is a Competitive acquisition for the purchase of One (1) Each Bio-Logic Navigator Pro used to diagnose lesions of the peripheral auditory system and central auditory nervous systems. The system should include: Navigator Pro module, USB cable and power supply, patient connection cable, loop test box, Navigator Pro Software, Evoked Potential starter kit, Navigator Pro Insert Earphones, programmable stimulus envelope, navigator Pro 2 channel amp package (to include all hardware to add a second amplifier channel to the base system), univoltage Isolation Transformer, 1st Otoacoustic Emissions, 2nd Otoacoustic Emissions, Bone Conduction, Graphmaster latency intensity program, Windows XP Notebook Computer, Color Desk Jet Printer, Master Auditory Steady State Response testing, Stacked Auditory Brainstem Response with compatible insert headphones. On-Site installation and training are required. This acquisition is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334510 and the size standard is 500 employees. Tentative solicitation issue date is 18 May 2006 and will be available on http://www.fbo.gov. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation and no split awards will be made.
