- RFP VA-786-05-RP-0077 Concrete Graveliners at the Fort Gibson National Cemetery, Fort Gibson, Oklahoma Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and materials to supply and deliver of concrete graveliners to the Fort Gibson National Cemetery, 1423 Cemetery Road, Fort Gibson, OK 74434; FOB Destination within consignee premises. Contract will be for a base year with four (4) option years. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Businesses. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 327390 is applicable. Size standard is 500 employees. Request for a hard copy of the solicitation must be in writing to Mr. Gregory Hanks, Contracting Officer. Please reference Solicitation Number RFP VA-786-06-RP-0077 on remittances. No telephone requests will be accepted. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via Fed Ex. The solicitation may also be obtained FREE OF CHARGE, from VA's Business Opportunities System via the Internet at the following URL address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov, Solicitations will be available on or about May 31, 2006, including any amendments to the solicitation. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. See Note 1.
