- Provide all labor, equipment, material, tools, and qualified supervision for the Mental Health 3C Renovations, Project No. 695-104, at VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Project is to renovate the Mental Health 3C floor for a 20-bed community inpatient/outpatient unit. Work includes asbestos abatement, demolition, site work, general construction, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and painting. Project Engineer is Mike Young at (414) 384-2000, extension 41088. NAICS code is 236220. Estimated issue date is June 13, 2006. Estimated dollar range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. THIS SOLICITATION IS A 100% SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. Award is subject to the availability of funds. This solicitation, except for drawings, will be issued and made available free of charge on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website at URL: http://www.fedbizopps.gov (or http://www.fbo.gov) and on the VA's Business Opportunities System (BOS) website at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov.
