- Description
- Provide all labor and materials to complete Phase III to replace air handling units and accessories in Bldg 2 and 3 at Hefner VAMC, Salisbury, NC. All work shall be completed in accordance with the specifications and drawings. All work shall be completed within 270 calendar days after date of receipt of notice to proceed. This includes final inspection and cleanup. This procurement is 100% set aside for service disabled veteran owned small businesses. The NAICS code is 238220. The estiamted dollar value of this procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00. No paper soliciations will be issued. The specifications will be uploaded on/about June 1, 2006. There are twenty (20) sets of drawings available and will be issud on a first come, first-served basis until the supply is exhausted. Companys must request the drawings in writing; telephone requests will not be honored. Faxed requests may be sent to Contracting Officer at 704-638-3453. The requestor is responsible for the readibility of the request. Bid opening will be on/about July 13, 2006. Bidders are responsible for obtaining any and all documents at the website. Government-wide numbered note 29 applies to this procurement.
